Busy family. Busy working. Busy running.
Trying to run well without making running the whole point.
I’m an ordinary amateur runner trying to fit semi-serious training into an already full life. There are marathons and the occasional triathlon, but also work, family, holidays, injuries, illness and all the other things that don’t particularly care what the training plan says.
Busy Running is my weekly diary of how that works in practice — the good sessions, the races, the plans that work and the ones that have to change.
