Run: 6h 21m (46.6 miles) | Cross-train: 2h 00m | Gym: 0h 10m
Back to a much fuller running week, with just under 47 miles and another two hours on the bike turbo. This has been consistent endurance work from start to finish.
The weekend has done most of the heavy lifting: a little over eight miles on Saturday followed by just over 13 miles on Sunday, both at around 7:37 per mile. Sunday’s heart rate was a little higher after stacking the two runs together.

Earlier in the week the running was mostly controlled, with the cross-training filling the gaps rather than dominating them. There was also a short mobility session.
Nothing has needed to be spectacular this week. It has been the sort of solid, repeatable work that quietly builds fitness.
